Dawn Meyers ROCKS! I spent hours and days trying to get statements/reports from Prudential and Dawn could do it in a minute!!! This is true Customer Service that is FIVE STARS!!!

I have worked with Dawn for several years now on the admin of our 401(k). The process has always been efficient and timely, and when I have had questions she has responded quickly, which is much appreciated! Thanks for the good work.

My wife and I have set up our Defined Benefit Plan with NH Hicks and are fortunate to have Monica Maddrill as our administrator. She once again proved to be invaluable in helping us manage our various accounts within our DBP. In fact she has proven to have a much better understanding of our accounts than we do and both my wife and I come from accounting and finance backgrounds. Ann and Jamie had made it extremely easy for me when addressing our organization’s 401(k) concerns and processes and have always been open and willing to lend a hand wherever necessary.
