Administrators

Ann Hagen

Ann Hagen has been an Administrator since 1984. She began working with HICKS in 1994. As the manager of the Redding office, she provides technical support to the other administrators, consultants and heads our Compliance Division. Ann enjoys spending her spare time with her family (especially her first grandchild born in December 2010), stargazing and working on her golf game.

Libby Erickson

Libby Erickson graduated from Chico State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2005. She has been with HICKS since 2002. She manages the Chico office and works with our Actuary on Defined Benefit Plans. Outside of work, she keeps busy with social events and spending time with her friends, family, and daughter, born in 2016.

Jackie McGrath

Jackie McGrath has been with HICKS since 2001. Prior to that, she worked as a bookkeeper for a busy restaurant chain. She is married to her soul mate since 1993. She enjoys her grand babies, her fur babies, camping and riding her horses.

Monica Maddrill

Monica Maddrill has been with HICKS since 2007. She graduated from Chico State in 2009 with a degree in Recreation Administration with an option in Special Events. She became an administrator in 2009 and enjoys scrap-booking, gardening, hiking in Bidwell Park and spending time with her son Jack, born in 2015.

Kathy Goekler

Kathy Goekler has been employed with HICKS since 1997 where she started in the clerical department and became a Pension Administrator in 1998.  Kathy strives to create a great rapport with her clients.  She attended California State University, Northridge where her focus was English (“I am silently correcting your grammar.” is one of her favorite phrases).  Kathy enjoys long walks with her dog, Rhylie and golfing and boating with her husband, Tim.

Michelle Hubbard

Michelle began working with HICKS in 2008 as an administrative assistant and became a junior administrator in 2016. She is the proud mother of a son in the Marines and a daughter who is in high school. When she’s not working she loves spending time with her family, Rimmey & Winston (her golden retrievers), training horses, kayaking and any other outdoor activities.

Kim Hedrick

Kim Hedrick was born in Monterey and has lived in Redding most of her life. After studying Accounting and Business Administration in college, she joined HICKS in 2004 and became a full time administrator in 2007. She has been happily married to her husband Larry since 2001 and they have three amazing and energetic children together. They enjoy spending time together traveling, skiing, quad riding and sports.

Jamie Hagen

Jamie has been with HICKS since 2008. She was hired as an Administrative Assistant and in 2016 was promoted to a Junior Administrator. The experience she gained as an assistant has made her an expert in handling participant level tasks and customer services skills. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and her 5 year old son. She loves cooking, the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers.

Karlee Gill 

Karlee Gill has been with NH Hicks since January 2020 where she started as an administrative assistant. Shortly after she promoted to Jr. Administrator, providing clients with a fast turnaround time and a friendly voice. She enjoys making crafts on her cricut, as well as traveling to Idaho to visit her nephew and two nieces.
